Classic Pilates Reformer

Students must first attend two Mat classes to gain a basic understanding of technique and breathing, providing a solid base for this more advanced practice. This class will challenge you in a supportive way.
-
Yin Yoga
As a complement to more dynamic classes, Yin yoga is essential for anyone experiencing stress. This class guides you to explore and engage your connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. Poses are held for over three minutes, providing insights into muscle meridian theory and chakras, which keeps you grounded while promoting openness and flexibility throughout your body.
-
Foundations
This class suits beginners eager to start their yoga journey or those wanting a refresher on alignment basics. You will be guided through the fundamentals of a Vinyasa flow, focusing on physical alignment, core stability, and breathwork. Connecting your body, mind, and breath to the present moment is essential, and you can expect a challenge! All levels are welcome, especially if it's your first class.
-
Hatha Yoga

This class is accessible for all levels, providing a supportive environment for everyone involved. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and centred.
-
Progressive
Elevate your yoga practice, perfect for those who enjoy warmth and challenge. This dynamic style encourages the exploration of physical boundaries through playful challenges while ensuring safe progression. Experienced teachers will guide you through smooth transitions between Asanas, incorporating standing poses, balances, twists, and inversions to deepen your practice.
-
Slow Flow
These Vinyasa classes are conducted at a slower pace, making them ideal for resetting after a busy week. This gentle approach encourages longer holds, allowing you to sink into each posture with your breath while strengthening and stretching your muscles. All levels are welcome, and you will find a peaceful rhythm in this class that suits your individual needs.
-
Stretch
Similar to Yin, Stretch is a floor-based class using standard Yin props but with a more active approach to stretching the body. Flexibility is enhanced, and all experience levels are welcome, ensuring that everyone finds value in the practice offered.
-

Located in the upper abdomen two inches above the navel, the solar plexus chakra or manipura is the third of your seven chakras. The Sanskrit name translates to “shining gem,” a fitting name for this chakra. This chakra is the core of your personality and identity. When balanced, this chakra allows your authentic self to shine brightly. The solar plexus chakra is located above the navel and extends up to the sternum. This forms your deepest connections with willpower, self-discipline, and self-esteem. The solar plexus chakra embodies your unlimited potential to transform thought or inertia into action.
A partner to the yang styles of yoga which consist of strong, dynamic, standing postures, yin yoga offers mostly seated, supine, or low-to the ground long, gentle stretches and holds. While the practice is relatively new to the western yoga lineage, it’s possible that it’s much closer to the original intent of yoga asana practice, a series of postures meant to train us to sit still for longer, and more comfortably, in meditation. In this article, explore the history and benefits of yin yoga practice for body, mind, and soul.
A full moon is one of the most exciting lunar cycles because it represents a boost in energy and is a moment for celebration. In Ashtanga practice, yogis abstain from doing yoga on full moon days because this is one of the most advanced forms of yoga and therefore the risk of injury is greater and so they use full moon days as rest days. All other types of yoga are encouraged during this moon phase.

Self-love. We all need more of it. The teachings of yoga are big on self-love because of one spiritual truth: you cannot fully love others until you fully love yourself.
When you truly understand this truth within your heart, then you can come to cherish the beauty in yourself (and others) in every moment. We’re going to explore three mantras to embed this sense of knowing deep into our state of awareness.
It’s normal to get attached to something that brings us joy. Just as it’s natural for us to form attachments to aspects of our identity that bring us pride. However, these attachments become problematic when they make us inflexible and resistant to change, especially in the face of challenges.
